A live zoom class with Savannah where she’ll walk you through making Carbonara! This class is capped at 10 people and will be 1 ½ -2 hours long and starts at 6:30PM. It’s gonna be a blast!

Thursday, Oct 22nd – Pound It Out Pasta: Carbonara – That’s right ya’ll, we’re making pasta dough from scratch. You’ll want to roll up your sleeves and get ready to take out any frustrations/anxiety on kneading a stiff pasta dough into acquiescence. Once we’ve worked it all out we’ll give that dough and ourselves a rest and then whisk together the simplest sauce to create pasta carbonara. Join this class with the aim to let go of the day and zen out on some pasta. (Pasta roller recommended but not required for this class)

Grocery List:

  • 1 Cup Semolina or All-Purpose Flour plus more for dusting
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Egg Yolks
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 8 oz Thick Cut Bacon, Diced.
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas, Thawed
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
